EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Mix of red brick with white vinyl siding with covered front porch trimmed with black ornamental metal pillars with brick floor. Landscaping provides large lot with mature tree providing shade along with plants and shrubs around home that looks good. Asphalt shingle roof looks in decent shape, intact, and with no signs of leakage although age not specifically determined look like recent install (within five years). Soffits and Eves need some repair to part of home however most look like repaint is all that is needed. Windows are wood box frame windows fair condition that requires some maintenance with some with aluminum frame storm windows included. Exterior composition is mix of vinyl siding which needs some repair over wood frame atop brick in good condition constructed house extending from the brick supported foundation. Home has front porch in good repair with brick flooring and roof extending for covering. Home has rear entrance storage room with paneling and cement flooring in good condition in addition home has exterior storage shed in poor condition. Drive way is concrete strip that is small and has some cracks but will suffice to hold at least on vehicle.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Living room needs new carpet, paint on part of room, paneling needs some work however has nice window views. Kitchen is missing sink, has cabinets intact, has chimney for install of wood burning stove, ceramic tile for is good but needs cleaning, has good ceiling that needs paint, walls need paint/wallpaper, and has good size with room for breakfast table. Bedroom#1 is set of kitchen has paneling needing repair, needs new carpet, and ceiling is good yet needs paint. Bedroom#2 has nice window views and has large closet yet needs finishing paint as drywall has been redone, new carpet needed, and ceiling needs paint. Bathroom is nice ceramic time with good tub and toilet that need cleaning however needs new vanity sink installed. Home has rear room that is good laundry area however needs wash and dryer hookups installed.
MECHANICALS:
Plumbing is being reworked and needs attention and repair to finish which is mostly for install of sinks in kitchen and bath rest seems intact being mostly PCV and galvanized. Electrical appears intact and has grounded sockets and modern breaker box (not tested). Water heater is old and needs to be replaced although present. No ac system is present as it appears to use wall units. Has furnace in home not installed looks to be prepped for replacement. Home is vented with floor vents for heating and has two chimney holes in living and kitchen that are currently unused.
