EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Red house with white trim located on top of rising lot with grassed lot that has great views from property of mountains, grassy fields, and forests in distance. Landscaping with thick grass, small plants, shrubs, and has tree overhangs property in back from adjoining property. Flat topped hot tar roof with rolled shingle in fair condition although has standing water above bedroom#1 that needs remedy. Narrow eves covered in aluminum tab trim adding protective layer with open soffits that are wooden in good repair needing maybe another coat of paint. Exterior composition is painted block with wood sub frame behind block set atop a slightly raised block foundation with wood floor joices supported by concrete blocks which all are in very good condition. Windows are aluminum framed with some fixed and some that open that for most part are in good condition however two need window panes replaced. Kitchen entrance on side has newer landing porch built that is in good condition however front entrance needs porch or deck added to accommodate its height in relationship to ground level.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Living room has nice custom wood walls with wood flooring of which flooring needs sight repair, has newer install of chimney for wood burning fireplace in living room. Kitchen also has custom wood walls, wood flooring, cabinets, double stainless sink, water heater, washer and dryer hook ups, wiring for electric range, and space for breakfast table if desired. Bedroom#1 also has custom wood walls (minor finishing needed), tile floors, no closet, and ceiling has spot needing repair below roof area with standing water. Bedroom#2 has wallpaper and paint mix, full closet, indoor/outdoor carpet in good condition however wall needs spackled and repaint in addition to wall needs paint finished. Bath is intact with new tub/shower, new toilet, and new vanity sink set in custom wood décor along with wood grain linoleum all in very good condition.
MECHANICALS:
Has brand new 30 gallon electric water heater installed in kitchen, wiring looks like new install with grounded socket, new breaker box, and new 220 lines for stove and dryer all intact and looks functional but not tested. Chimney is present for wood burning fireplace/stove in living not present. No AC noted on property however could add via crawl space for throw in wall unit.
