Exterior:
Home sits on a corner lot and has beige colored vinyl siding that is in great shape. The roof as overlapping tiles and they are in fair condition, there is some leaking in the kitchen area. The homes foundation is brick and its in great condition with no shifting. The home has a nice patio/porch on the front of the home that is covered. The house has a concrete driveway that is in fair condition. The yard is nice in both front and back and has been landscaped.
Interior:
The living room is medium sized and carpeted, there is a non-working fireplace in this room as well as a ceiling fan. The kitchen has linoleum flooring in good shape; a sink, stove, oven, refrigerator and cabinets are present. The kitchen does have some water damage due to a small roof leak. The bathroom looks great and includes the sink, tub and toilet. The master bedroom is carpeted and has white walls and ceilings all in good shape. The second bedroom is similar to the master with carpeted floors and white walls and ceilings; the wall cover for the sewage line has been removed in this room. The third room is also carpeted and has white walls and ceilings. The home is central air and heating but the compressor/condenser is missing outside. The home does include a Hot Water Heater.
