Here is what our Assessor had to say:
 
White aluminum siding home on a brick foundation. Siding is in good condition. Trim on the home is a combination of red and green. Property is surrounded with a chainlink fence with the excepting of the back yard facing south which was a regular wire fence that is coming down. Otherwise the chainlink is in relatively good shape. Nice concrete walkway leads to a covered porch that will need some paint. Gutters are in place along with downspouts. Windows are wood framed with aluminum storm. Most of the windows are intact. Landscaping has quite a few bushes and trees. The back yard is nice and large.

Interior:
Living room is painted white with brown trim. Carpet needs to be replaced. HVAC control is in this room. Nice crown molding and wood trim on the ceiling. Bedroom #1 is adjacent to the living room and faces the front yard. Walls are white and the carpet is the same as the living so it could used to be replaced. Den is adjacent to the living and has some minor water damage. Carpet is the same of the living. The kitchen has a grey and white linoleum floor. Nice china cabinet present. Sink and counter top in place w/ no cabinets, however, there is a nice large pantry. Bathroom is located adjacent to the kitchen. Here you will find toilet, tub, and sink intact. Upstairs there is a loft area and two separate bedrooms on either side of the home. The rooms are in decent condition but could use some paint and carpet. The basement is dry although there is a slight smell of moisture in the air.

Mechanicals:
Furnace and water heater are both intact and located in the basement. The ductwork is aluminum and it is intact as well. The electrical will need some maintenance as the panel is missing from the box and there are some fixtures missing throughout the home. There is a condensing unit for the AC located outside, however, it may need servicing as it doesn't appear to function. There is also a ADT security system in place.
