Red Brick home with fair curb appeal, please note this is a duplex with fire damage to the right side apartment. The house siding is brick and is in good condition. The foundation is a concrete slab and there are no signs of shifting. The roof is an asphalt shingle, with no signs of leaking. The home sits on a medium sized lot. Apartment to the right will need overhaul.
Interior:
2360: Living area is moderate size and has concrete floors and brick walls. The kitchen is behind this (Home is Shotgun) and has cabinets and no other appliances. The kitchen flooring is also concrete; the bathroom sits behind the kitchen and includes the Tub and sink, no toilet. The single bedroom is large with a nice sized closet and concrete floors and brick walls. A furnace was found for both apartments but no hot water heater or AC.

General Refund Policy
Buyer acknowledges and verifies that he/she has carried out the necessary due diligence to purchase, as properties are sold "as is". As such, all sales are final, and refunds will not be granted.
