Yellow single story home with excellent curb appeal, home has wood slat siding that is in great condition. The home has a fully covered front patio/porch that runs along the front and side; concrete slab for porch is in good condition. The house sits on a medium sized lot, front yard is small but the backyard makes up for this. There is a concrete driveway that leads to a two-car garage; the structure of the building is sound but currently only one-door opens. The home has an asphalt shingle roof that has no signs of leaking and home foundation is in good condition.
Interior:
Living room is a nice size and in great condition, tall ceilings with white walls and trim. The living room is carpeted and in good condition. There is also a sunroom off of the living area that has the same tall ceilings, carpet, white walls and trim. The kitchen is in poor condition and will need some work on the flooring. The room does include cabinets, countertops and a sink; the sink is missing its fixtures. There are two bedrooms in the home, the master bedroom is carpeted and has tall ceilings with white walls and trim, and it also includes a large closet. The second bedroom is almost identical to the first minus a smaller closet. There are two bathrooms in this home, the first includes all appliances, sink, tub and toilet, and room is in good shape. The second bathroom will need minor repair and includes, tub, toilet and sink, tub will need fixtures. The home did include a gas furnace, no other mechanics were found.
