Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 Hours after the close of the auction with proper vesting information. 20% of funds with a minimum of $1,000 to be transferred within 3 working days or sooner via wire transfer. You will also need to include the 10% buyer’s premium with initial deposit. A contract will then be sent out and you will have 10 days to make final payment. Buyer will also be responsible for a $200 deed prep and recording fee for each property, with final payment.

Deeds will be prepared and transferred by the seller to the Register of Deeds for recording within two to six weeks of receipt of good funds from buyer. Payment may be made by wire transfer only.
