Exterior:

This is an all whit house with white trim. It has a flower bed that wraps around the house, and the yard is outlined with bushes. The asphalt shingled roof is covered to help prevent any further water damage. The gutters and downspouts, soffits, and eaves are in excellent condition. This house has a cinderblock foundation. There was some moisture getting in to the basement. There is no true driveway but there is an alleyway in behind the property as well, as parking on the street.

Interior:

The living room has a hardwood floor that’s had some repair work done to it. A section has been cut out and replaced with plywood. The kitchen is nice and huge. There is lots of counter space and cabinet storage. There is also, a pantry right off of the kitchen. This house has two bedrooms. One has a carpeted floor with a high ceiling and the other one has a wood floor with a high ceiling. The bathroom has a vinyl tiled floor with ceramic tiled walls. It also, has all of its fixtures in place. The basement is a full sized unfinished one.
