Exterior:
Full brick home, tan in the front with brown trim. Yard is a good size, both front and back. Front yard has a nice, large tree for shade. Gutters are in place and functional. Roof is in good condition and there are no visible signs of leakage inside. Windows are aluminum framed. There are no major signs of shift on the foundation. Parking is available on the street. There is a nice walkway to the right side of the home if you are facing the front.

Interior:
Living area is painted white with blue industrial carpet. There is a hole located in the living room wall that will need repair; otherwise this room is in good condition. There is a nice, large window that looks onto the front yard and street. Kitchen has an eating area adjacent to the living room. The cabinets, counter top, and sink will need to be replaced here. The utility room is located behind the kitchen and contains the hot water heater, furnace, and a washer / dryer connection. Hallway has nice hardwood floors that will need to be refinished. There is a linen closet located in the hallway near the bathroom. The bathroom has toilet, tub, and sink intact. Bedroom #1 is in good condition and has the same type of carpet as the living room. Bedroom #2 also has the same type of carpet. The electrical panel is located in this room as well - it is in good condition and appears to have updated / modern breakers. Master bedroom is also in good condition. There is a large closet here and the carpet is the same as throughout the rest of the home.

Mechanicals:
Furnace and hot water heater are present and both appear to function. Electrical panel is in good shape and all wiring appears to function. Plumbing appears to be functional.
