The foundation is a concrete slab and there are no signs of shifting. The home has a nice wood porch/deck on the front, this is in nice shape.

Interior:
This home is under complete remodel and gutted, there are 2 bedrooms and one bath. Living area includes a ceiling fan and concrete floors. As mentioned there are no appliances or mechanics. Electrical is in place but nothing such as a furnace or hot water heater are on site.
