Fairfield Glade is located approximately 9 miles north of Crossville and approximately 15 miles north of Lake Tansi Resort. This area of Tennessee is breathtakingly beautiful.

About the Lot

Due to low cost of living and beauty of the area, this resort is seeing many retirees choosing it for relocation instead of Florida and other traditional retiring destinations. We have been to the surrounding area (Lake Tansi) but not to the actual lots and cannot answer specific questions about this lot, however, the photos presented give you a good idea of how beautiful this area is.

The lot for sale is located in Lake Catherine subdivision of the resort.
There are some homes close by , with nearest being approx. 400 feet away. The lot is located just a short walk from Druid Hills Golf Course's first nine.

This is a good opportunity for investment or to build a home in a community that is growing and bound to keep growing.
