Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Exterior: Blue wood siding home with white trim. Landscaping is well manicured -
there are several nice trees in the yard. Both units sit on nice
corner lot - yard is very large. The soffits and eaves are in good
condition - gutters and downspouts are in place and are all connected.
Windows are wood framed - some are broken and will need to be
replaced. Roof is in good condition and shows no major signs of
leakage. Nice tall wooden privacy fence in the back. Breezeway
connects the two buildings. There is a large gravel parking area to
the side of unit #2.

Interior: Unit #1 - Living area has white wood panel wall. Ceiling fan in place
along with floor heating units. There is a nice large window in this
room and it is intact.
Kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink are intact. Walls are wood
paneled and painted white. There is a nice large window here, but the
glass will need to be replaced. Stove and refrigerator are present
here. Bathroom has tub, toilet, and sink intact. There is a nice tile
backsplash and a linoleum floor. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have nice built in
drawers and cabinets along with good-sized closets. Both bedrooms also
have ceiling fans and floor heating units. There is a nice sized
utility room where the water heater and furnace is - no basement.
Unit #2 -
Home has blue, heavy-duty carpet throughout the home minus the wet
areas. Nice large window in the living area. The wood panel walls are
painted brown here. There is a nice breakfast nook with floor heaters.
The kitchen is an open concept. The cabinets, countertop, and sink are
intact. There is a bathroom adjacent to the living area. It has tub,
toilet, and sink intact and they are in good condition. There is a
utility area in between the kitchen and the bathroom (no basement).
The next bathroom has tub, toilet, and sink intact. Bedroom #1 was
white walls and a nice sized closet, however, it is considerably
smaller than the other bedroom. Bedroom #2 is very large and it has a
nice sized closet. The wood panel walls are painted brown and the
other side of the room has white painted walls.
Mechanicals:
Water heater and furnace present in both units. All are connected and
appear to function. Copper is still in place. The plumbing is a
mixture in between copper, galvanized, and PVC. Ductwork is in place
(for vents) - heaters are floor units throughout both units.
