Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Red brick lower story frontage with gray painted wood panel plywood on upper story of frontage with white trim accented with decorative black shutters. Corner lot is moderate size Asphalt shingle roof is in good condition noted because no leaks were noticed while on site, ceilings look decent in home, and no buckling present on roof although visual analysis somewhat limited due to height and pitch of roof. Soffits are very minimal on this structure and appear to be in good condition while wooden eves look to be in good condition. Exterior composition is primarily painted wood panel plywood in good condition. Windows are aluminum frame and most need some glass replaced. Both units have front and rear exits with covered concrete porch landing in front, which is in fair condition for both units with repair and painting needed.
Unit C:
Living room needs - drywall repair, new carpet, and new paint. Dining room looks fair. Kitchen has intact sink and cabinets. Bedroom#1 ceiling and walls looks good overall. Bedroom#2 ceiling and walls look good. Bath has toilet installed; has vanity sink and tub/shower intact.
Unit D:
Living room is carpeted, dining room looks fair, kitchen has intact sink and cabinets, and linoleum looks ok. Kitchen is intact with hook ups. Bedroom#1 is carpeted – ceiling and walls looks good overall. Bedroom#2 is carpeted ceiling and walls look good overall. Bath has vanity sink, toilet and tub/shower intact.

Mechanics: Furnace and Hot Water Heater were found in only one side. The other side of duplex does not include any mechanics.
