EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
White with black trim single family home with fully grassed lot with some trees and flowering plants and shrubs. Home has solid 6ft high galvanized steel chain link fenced back yard and has detached tin shed in good condition. Asphalt single roof is in moderately good condition with some wear however with maintenance should last few years. Soffits and Eves are in wood open fascia and in good condition some sections have aluminum flashing for coving to protection while other needs just a fresh coat of paint. Exterior composition is aluminum siding over wood frame construction mounted on raised brick foundation which both is in good condition; however, siding does need pressure washed. Windows are wood box frame in fair to poor condition some need work and repair some are broken. Home has front and rear covered porch which are raised concrete porches covered with roof extensions that are in good condition however slight painting needed. Driveway is dirt and travels up to rear of house at gate
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
This home has wood floors throughout (except bathroom), good ceilings, and good walls although fresh paint required of whole interior to make it move in ready. Living room has wood floors, covered up fireplace, ceiling fan, good views through windows. Dining room has glass pane doors that separate living from dining, hard wood floors, good ceiling, window views, and good size. Kitchen has many wood cabinets with tile looking back board on sink, nice counters, no appliances, and wood floors need work. Bedroom #1 is large room with laundry that needs work, could use fresh paint, and has electric ceramic space heater inside of it. Bedroom#2 is generally in good condition has good views yet needs paint. Bedroom#3 is of moderate size, has closet and needs fresh coat of paint. Bath needs linoleum replaced and décor upgrade with fresh paint or wall paper however tub/shower, sink, and toilet are intact.
MECHANICALS:
Home has large electric heater in hallway dispersed thru vents in addition to electric ceramic heater in bedroom #1; both look to be in intact and in functional condition however not tested. Water heater is in bathroom closet and needs repair as it is not installed completely. Plumbing is primarily galvanized steel and looks to be in good repair and complete with exception of sewage line to outside home which is disconnected and needs repair. Electrical looks intact however age or generation not established; however, plug sockets are grounded (most) and has 220 for stove and Dryer in home.
