EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
White home with white trim and blue accents located on large mostly level lot with large mix of hardwoods and conifers well spaced atop lush green lawn with flowering bushes and decorative plants. Roof on home in fair condition need some repairs as asphalt shingles have some minor ice damage and some minor buckling although no leaks detected in home thus maybe could wait a season before repair. The shingles on garage have more damage than the home needing immediate replacement. Soffits and Eves have aluminum flashing for protection however some needs to be reinstalled however overall condition is good condition. Exterior composition is vinyl siding in good repair with very minor repair needed over wood frame construction which was made to last. Double pane insulated vinyl replacement windows in good repair with screen although some are fixed adorn this home which provide good views of the outside beauty of lot. Foundation is Block with home having large steel flooring beam under wood floor joices that provide a very stable foundation; however some seepage from foundation was noted and will need repair and removal of moisture and mold from basement. Home has wooden covered front porch in good condition although could use fresh paint in addition to rear wooden deck that is in fair condition however some repair and paint needed. A well built partially insulated detached two car garage is located on property with a good and level asphalt drive way with plenty of space leading to it.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Living room is in excellent condition with wood floor and tongue and grove wood walls that are very nice, has ceiling fan, nice imbedded lighting and has stair well to basement needing some refinishing and fresh paint on only wall not wood covered. Dining and kitchen combo has excellent wood flooring and linoleum combo, with nice wood grain cabinets, nice lighting, double stainless basin sink, and is wired and plumbed for appliances. Sunroom home addition is located of living thru glass French doors and has spacious area with good views, good carpet atop stable floor, good ceiling, and exterior entrance to rear of home near garage; however needs fresh paint on walls. Bedroom#1 has two nice windows with good views of front yard, built in shelf book case, ceiling fan yet fresh paint needed on walls and some minor ceiling sagging noted needing repair. Bedroom#2 is large room located on end of hallway and most likely used as master has good thick carpet, large size, ceiling fan, one window view of front yard and needs fresh paint. Bedroom#3 is entered thru laundry and utility room; has step down flooring from rest of home, has great views of back of lot from windows, good size room with large closet yet needs repaint. Bedroom #4 is located in wall thru dual closet room also has sunken floor plan with closet, good window view, slightly small than rest, and has corner of room with brick chimney inside it adding extra heat in addition to floor mounted heating units which are located in all the rooms of house. Bath has jet Jacuzzi full immersion tub with shower, intact vanity sink, and toilet with closet yet room needs repainting and linoleum floor needs work. Basement is large “heated” full basement with heating system included, had steel beam holding floor joices, electrical and plumbing is easily accessed from basement thru large traditional stair case that walks down into basement.
MECHANICALS:
Water Heater was missing from home although might have in line heating with use of its large Burnham heating unit (needing some repair) that is central oil filled steam heating system with wood burning fireplace located in basement with electronic climate control systems in home. Pluming is cooper and is intact and looks functional. Home uses cooper piping for heating dispersion through floor vents located in every room with one noted needing repair. Home appears to have septic tank located in yard.
