This is a very large potential multi family home; home has fair curb appeal and is completely boarded up. The home has aluminum siding that is in fair condition and a covered front porch that is in good condition, there is a side porch that will need repair on its stairs. The foundation is brick and mortar and is in good condition, with no shifting. The roof is asphalt shingle and no major leaks were found in the home. There is an asphalt driveway on the side of the home that is also in fair condition.
Interior:
Thee home open up into a large foyer that is carpeted and leads to the living area. The living room is carpeted and in fair condition, ceilings are tall and have crown molding. The dining room has linoleum floors and white walls and ceilings, a stove, refrigerator and washer were found in this room. This home as mentioned could be multiple family, there are two bedrooms on the first floor, two on the second and 4 smaller rooms on the fourth, possibly for storage. The bedrooms on the first floor have tall ceilings and are carpeted and both have a decent sized closet. The bedrooms on the second floor have tall ceilings, large windows and are all carpeted. The rooms on the third floor are attic rooms and are small, they do have ample closet space and are all carpeted. The kitchen has vinyl floors and cabinets, no other appliances are present and the ceiling has damage that will need repair. The bathroom has linoleum floors and a toilet and tub, no sink. The home has a basement but no mechanics were found on site. No Hot Water Tank, no Furnace.
