- Stardust Properties Inc. may utilize any means authorized by law to collect the claim, including, but not limited to, transferring the amount of the claim to the unsecured roll/collection agencies. Notification will also be sent to various credit agencies.

Payment Information

We accept certified checks, cashier checks, money orders, and Bank Wire Transfers for the payment of your winning bid. All contracts, closing papers, maps, and information will be sent via US priority mail to you upon receipt of payment
THIS IS A FINAL and CASH ONLY SALE. NO SELLER FINANCING.
Following are the steps required to complete this transaction:-
1. If you are the winning bidder, you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit (that goes toward the purchase price of the home) of $3500 within 1 days after the auction thru certified check received via next day mail.
2. Once the deposit amount is received, we will send you Purchase Agreement for you to review & sign. Please return the signed Purchase Agreement along with the balance + $3999 (closing costs) to us using next day delivery (we will allow more time for overseas buyers).
