note to all questions:the balance of the mortgage i gave to the purchaser is over $5,000, the purchaser defaulted, stop making payments, i an assigning the mortgage rights which inturn gives the new individual the right to foreclose, the house is a duplex with three bedrooms,no one is living there. i am not selling the mortgage assignment for 5,000, there is a reserve price, low and a buy now price low, i hope this answers your questions
