3. What else do I need to know?
When you request your dates of travel you are responsible for a $25 tax deposit per destination. This certificate is valid only for your hotel room. It does not include food, beverage, transportation, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.

1. When making reservations a twenty dollar registration fee is required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This certificate entitles you and a guest to complimentary hotel accommodations. This certificate is for two adults, who must be twenty-five years of age or older, and possess a major credit card. This certificate is valid only for your guest room. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses. Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate. A $25.00 USD tax deposit is required toward the payment of government imposed taxes. Once you have received your certificate; submit it along with your twenty dollar processing fee for registration. Once you submit your certificate, you will be sent your reservation package in approximately two weeks. This package will include your reservation forms as well as the contact info for the assigned travel agency. This offer cannot be used for conventions, or group travel. Travelers may not use two certificates for the same destination within a one-year period of each other. This certificate is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions. Reservations must be submitted at least 45-60 days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early. This offer may be subject to high season blocked out periods. Reservations must be taken within one year. No other purchase is required.
