In addition to the work history the attached documentation will show that these accounts are well within statute and the original creditor of the account. Additionally a sample contract is contained within the due diligence section. These accounts are all located in the States of Indiana to the best of our knowledge. These accounts are divided from a larger two to three-agency portfolio and are have a replacement/ reimbursement guarantee against death and bankruptcy. This sale provides the perfect opportunity for the smaller collection agency or geographical investor to aggressively pursue the monies owed on these accounts. The date of last payment and last known debtor Residence City is located on the attached documentation. Additionally, any hard copy work that is available as well as any correspondence from the debtors will be mailed to the purchaser.
