  • A white 2001 2 door Ferrari 360 Spider Coupe with a black fabric convertible roof.
  • Mileage: 8,618
  • Red leather interior with white piping. Carpet is also red
  • Red dashboard
  • Bucket Seats
  • Alpine Radio/DVD
  • Rear mount engine with glass cover to see the engine
  • Six (6) speed manual gear box
  • Tires and wheels in good condition
  • Low profile Pirelli tires

This is pursuant to a Renewed Motion for Leave to Conduct Interlocutory Sale of the 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider Coupe dated November 30, 2006.

Bidding Requirements
To bid on this auction, all bidders are required to become qualified by placing a deposit. The deposit of the winning bidder is automatically transferred to the seller at the end of the auction. If the winning bidder fails to perform on any auction, the entire BidDeposit will be forfeited to the seller.

Non-winning bidders' deposits are refunded within (10) ten business days after the close of the auction. This deposit cannot be applied to other auctions.

Inspection Details
This property will be available for inspection two days only on Monday, March 12th, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET. and Tuesday, March 13th, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 Noon ET. Please contact inspections@bid4assets.com to schedule an appointment (please include name, telephone number, requested appointment date and time, and reference auction ID # 302154). Appointments must be scheduled before 12:00 p.m. ET on March 9th. Inspection will take place BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Settlement Requirements

  • The successful bidder has 24 hours following the close of the auction to sign a Purchase Agreement. The successful bidder has 5 business days to complete the transaction by certified check to the U.S. Marshals Service. If the successful bidder does not perform, the bidder will forfeit his/her/its Bid Deposit to the U.S. Marshals Service. The successful bidder will bear the costs and responsibility for the transfer of this asset.
