SHOPLIFT ships Worldwide, but does not accept purchases from Nigeria or Indonesia.All orders to the 48 contiguous States are shipped via UPS Ground shipping and other trucking companies. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to your purchase. All items will be shipped to winning bidders; we do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups from our location .For countries,all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and shipping expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-14 business days for transit time, depending on your location.

Return Policy

Every item you purchase from ShopLift.com is covered under ShopLift.com 14-day limited warranty against defects. ShopLift.com 14-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or ShopLift.com Merchandise confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or ShopLift.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 14 days of ownership only. After 14 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect (if applicable). Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. ShopLift.com will accept returns for the following reasons:Item did not arrive as described in product listing The wrong item was shipped to you or the item was damaged in shipment Item arrived DOA (dead on arrival) unless otherwise stated in item description Product Return: Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase in which to notify us of receipt of DOA product. All returns must have an RMA number before they are returned to us. If product is received without an RMA number it will not be processed. An RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing info@shoplift.com or calling 800-470-2044. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from ShopLift.com. Items returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of ShopLift.com. Shipping: We must receive the returned item within 10 days of issuing the RMA, or we will cancel the RMA and refuse the return. Include a copy of your invoice in the box including RMA number, customer name, address, phone number and a brief description of why the item is being returned. Print the RMA number on at least one (1) side of the package. Packages without a visible RMA number will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred during item return. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchanges: For products returned in accordance with this policy, your replacement item will be shipped out within 48 hours from the date we receive the merchandise.
