Marriott's Streamside at Vail- Birch
This is an award winning Marriott timeshare (Five-Star Resort with Interval International and Silver Crown Resort with RCI).  This resort has a prime location in upscale Vail, Colorado and is located only two miles from Vail's International Village and ski slopes.

This is a fixed week #47, which is a prime an end of November SKI WEEK each year!  This week will fall on THANKSGIVING holiday a little more than 1/2 of the time!  This is a large one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit #203 that will sleep up to six people.

Resort amenities include: ATM machine, barbecue and picnic area, clubhouse, coffee in lobby, concierge desk, elevator, equipped exercise room, fishing, game room, health club, laundry facilities, local restaurant dinner delivery, newspaper in lobby playground, racquetball, sauna, ski lockers, swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor), vending machines, and whirlpool/hot tub.     

Unit amenities include: alarm clock, balcony (most units), coffee maker, fireplace (gas), full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, iron, hair dryer, pull-out sofa bed, safe, telephone, television with cable, and VCR or DVD player. 

Amenities nearby include: auto rentals, bar/cocktail lounge, bicycle trails, boating, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, fishing, golf, grocery store, hiking horseback riding, ice skating, lake, live entertainment, medical facilities, nature, hiking, biking, and jogging trails, restaurants, rock climbing, shopping, ski school, and tennis.    

You will have first use of your week on November 22-29, 2008 so start planning your Thanksgiving ski vacation in Vail!  Please note that you can also rent your timeshare, let a family member, friend, or business associate use it, or you can exchange it with either RCI or Interval International.

Please note that Marriott exercises Right of First Refusal (ROFR) on resale timeshares.  In the unlikely event that Marriott exercises their ROFR of this timeshare, you will recieve a full refund for this purchase.


Exchange Affiliation
This is a prime-season end of November SKI WEEK #47. It trades with both RCI and Interval International and will have great trading power with both exchange companies due to the fact that it's a prime ski week in a beautiful location at an award winning resort.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever. This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


Maintenance Fees
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2008 will total of only $500 (approximately).  These fees will be paid directly by the buyer of this timeshare when billed by Marriott at the end of the year 2007. Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium, plus $395 for closing costs. You will have first use of your week in November 2008.

Closing Costs
Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
