Once the auction has closed,
payment is to be
received within 5 days. We will email the winning bidder with
instructions for payment and deed information within 24 hours of
auction end. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, or
Paypal
(credit card). Once payment is received, we will provide you
with
the parcel map, send the deed to the Wayne County Recorder's Office to
be recorded, and a copy of the new deed (in your name) will be sent to
you. You do not have to record the deed
yourself. The
high bid is for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE, not a down payment.
There is a 10% buyers premium
on the winning
bid to cover the cost of the auction and a $199 document/recording fee
that will be added to the final high bid.
Settlement =
Winning Bid + 10% of Winning Bid + $199
