Exterior:
This is a single family, two story home located in the Metro Detroit area. It has green vinyl siding with white trim. The yard is enclosed with a chain link fence that’s in good condition. The driveway is to the left hand side of the house. There is a small built on deck in the backyard. This house has an asphalt shingled roof that’s in excellent condition. The windows are all vinyl framed. The front porch is cement. The side and back windows have security bars.

Interior:
The living room is carpeted with a drop ceiling and a large picture window. The dining room is also carpeted with a drop ceiling. The drop ceiling in the dining room has some damage to it. There are two bedrooms one has some damage to the ceiling (none water damage). Both rooms are carpeted and the carpet needs to be cleaned and or removed. The bathroom is missing all fixtures except the bathtub. The kitchen has vinyl tile flooring with some ceramic tiling on the walls. The washroom has some floor damage to it. Some of the vinyl tile flooring is still present.
