Exterior:
This is a yellow with white trim vinyl sided house. It has a very small front yard and nice big backyard. The back yard is fenced in with a wooden privacy fence. Both the front and back porches are enclosed. This house has an asphalt shingled roof that’s in good condition. This house has a cinderblock foundation. There is a small rive way on the right hand side of the house but to enter the garage you must use the alleyway that runs behind the property. The windows are all vinyl framed and the soffits and eaves are aluminum wrapped. Most of the windows are boarded up but none of the glass is broken.

Interior:
The living room (12x11.5) has a carpeted floor and wallpapered walls, with crown molding. The dining room (11.5x12) the carpeted was removed but the underlayment is in good condition. The walls are wallpapered covered; there is a ceiling fan and a drop ceiling. The kitchen (11x11.5) is in good condition it has wall to wall cabinets the sink is missing but the countertop in excellent shape. The floor has a vinyl tile, the walls are paneled, and there is a bar top counter between the kitchen and the dining room. The bathroom (7x7.5) has a vinyl tiled floor and all of its fixtures are in good working condition. There are three bedrooms one (8x12) has a wood floor that’s in good condition. The other one (8x12) has a carpeted floor with a high ceiling. The last one (8x10.5) is carpeted with wood paneled walls, and a drop ceiling. The basement was half finished there is some damage to the drywall in the basement.
