Single story home with decent curb appeal, little to no landscaping has been completed on this home, although the lot is large and open. The exterior composition of the home is aluminum siding, which is in good shape. The roofing is a 3-tab asphalt shingle, with no leaks inside the home. The foundation is cinder block and red brick mixed. Some shifting in the foundation is apparent in some rooms inside the home. There is a small front porch, followed by a larger side porch, both in stable condition. There is also a gravel drive but no garage.
Interior:
The living room is carpeted and has dry-wall walls and ceilings; the minor shifting is present in this room. The kitchen has vinyl flooring and a sink, cabinets and countertops. The master bedroom is carpeted with white walls and ceilings. The second bedroom has a nice sized closet and carpeted flooring. The bathroom has vinyl floors and includes the tub and sink, no toilet is on premises. Home does have a basement with a Hot Water Heater and furnace, both seem in good shape.
