Exterior:
Home is a two story duplex, at one time this was a single family home, it has since been converted. The home has fair curb appeal; with vinyl siding that is in fair shape. Roof is asphalt shingle and in poor condition, there are numerous leaks through out the entire home. The water damage caused form the roof leaks has also caused a mold problem in this home. The homes foundation is stone and has no gaps or shifting present. There is a covered wood porch on the front of the home, in fair condition. Home has a wood deck in the rear, some repairs will be needed.
Interior:
As mentioned home has suffered major damages due to leaks in the roof. The home is covered in graffiti in most of the rooms.
Bottom floor: The bottom floor has a living room with commercial tile, room is in poor condition, there is a hole in the ceiling and water damage is present in this room, graffiti and a few holes in the walls as well. The kitchen has tiled floors and includes a double sink and cabinets. The bathroom is in fair condition and includes only a tub. Bedrooms are of similar size and have linoleum floors; water damage is present in the bedrooms.
Upstairs Apt. The dining/living room is in poor condition and the roof is falling in. The dining room has similar roof damage and is covered in graffiti. The kitchen includes a sink and no other appliances, room is in poor shape. The bedrooms are in poor condition, the first bedroom has a collapsed ceiling and water damage and mold are in this room. The second bedroom has linoleum floors and an arched ceiling. The bathroom includes the shower, sink and toilet, all in fair shape. There were no mechanics found in this home. No Hot Water Heater, no Furnace.
