Exterior: This house has a white faced with gray side and gray trim. It has tiled siding that’s in good condition. The windows are wood framed and in fairly good condition. There is a cinderblock foundation. The foundation look real good there was no moisture found in the basement. The back yard is enclosed with a chain link fence. The asphalt drive is to the left hand side of the house. This house has an asphalt roof that’s in good condition.

Interior: The living room (11.5x12) has a tiled floor and freshly painted walls. The dining room (11.5x9.5) is the same as the living room with the addition of a hanging light fixture. The kitchen (8.5x9) has vinyl floor tile wood cabinets in addition to this both the basement and backdoor. There are tow bedrooms they both have vinyl tiled floors and have a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom is excellent condition. It has all of its fixtures included.
