Exterior: This is an all white house with an asphalt shingled roof that’s in fair condition. The shingles are about 7-10yrs old. The house has aluminum siding that’s in very good condition. The windows are vinyl framed. The house has a cinder block foundation.

Interior: The living room (13x14) has a drop ceiling with wood paneled walls. The carpet has been removed. The kitchen (22x9) has vinyl tiled flooring with a drop ceiling. There are few tiles that need to be replaced. The wood cabinets are in fair condition. There are three bedrooms )13x13, 13x13, and 13x9). They are all in good condition. Each room has wood paneled walls only one of the rooms has some minor damage to the wood paneling. The bathroom (9x10) is in excellent condition it has all of its fixtures.
