Blue wood shingle siding home w/ red and white trim. Nice yard in front - two shrubs line beginning of front walkway. Roof - neighbor says was replaced 4 or so years ago. Soffits and eaves good - gutters in place. Windows are old wood framed. Foundation is stone. Fence in back is wood.

Interior:
Fresh paint throughout. Living room has nice baseboards, built in shelves, and large window. Kitchen has tile floors - cabinets, counter, and sink intact. Dining room has painted hard wood floors and nice chandelier. Master bed room has wooden floors - closet space could be improved. Bedroom #1 has a large closet, Bedroom #2 has no closet. Bathroom #1 - full sized, mirror and shelving in place. Bathroom #2 has only a toilet and is adjacent to dining. Bathroom #3 is in the basement - contains toilet and sink. Basement is in good condition. WH present and still has copper. Furnace appears functional. Ductwork and electrical seem intact based on the photos.
