Here is what our Assessor had to say:
 
Exterior: The home sits on the left side of the duplex and has suffered major roof damage. Water damage is very apparent in this home and the roof and ceilings have collapsed in several areas of the interior. There is no front yard but the front does have living room access as well as basement door way. There is a backyard area, it has no grass but cedar covers the ground and there is a swing set.

Interior: The living room is nice and carpeted, walls are in decent shape, heater unit is in corner. The Dining room and kitchen have been severely damaged due to roof and water damage. The flooring will need to be replaced, the kitchen includes a double sink, the floors are badly damaged and will need repair. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms; the front bedroom is in good condition, carpeted and has a heater unit. The back bedroom have suffered major water damage the roof is buckled and the floor is giving way, not safe to walk on. The only bathroom is in this bedroom and it appeared that no appliance were included. The third floor has a small loft and also has roof, floor, carpet damage. House does include a Unit in the basement; it may be an AC or Furnace. No other mechanics were found on site.
