Here is what our Assessor had to say:

 

This house is basically move in ready from what I can tell. There are a few minor repairs there needed the steps leading to the basement have a few broken and/or missing. I was unable to gain full entry to the basement due to some missing stairs. However I did take what photos I could from the top stairs.

Water tank -type gas -- good
Furnace- type unknown -- believed to be present
Ductwork -- unknown
Plumbing- copper
Electrical -- within unit good basement level unknown

Exterior:

This is a cream colored aluminum sided house with white trim. The aluminum siding is in very good condition. This house has wood framed Windows that are in excellent condition and a cinderblock foundation. A cinderblock foundation is also in good condition. There were no structural problems found. This house has a cement slab front Porch. The roof for this house is covered with asphalt shingles that are in fairly good condition. They look to be form 5 to 7 years old. The soffits needs gutters and downspouts are all in good condition on this property. This house has a nice flat loan front yard. The backyard is a little overgrown I and enclosed with a nice chain link fence. This house has a one car red aluminum sided garage with an asphalt shingled roof. The garage is in good condition. The asphalt driveway is located to the right of the house and is in fairly poor condition. It needs to be re-topped.

Interior:

The living room is 13 x 13 it has a beautiful hardwood floor and an arched textured ceiling. The living room has wall mirrors molding around the ceiling and a two large front windows. The kitchen is 13 x 15 it has nice wood cabinets along with the laminated countertop and sink. The kitchen consists of paneled walls, some have been painted and some have a wood finish. The kitchen has vinyl floor tile that are in fair condition. The kitchen plumbing is also intact. This house has two bedrooms both bedrooms are in good condition. They measure 9 x 12 and both have a light colored hardwood floor that's in excellent condition along with a textured ceiling. The bathroom is also a very good condition. It has a vinyl tiled floor bathtub, vanity, sink, toilet, and the shower surround are all in top condition along with the plumbing. The basement of this property is finished and from what I could see no signs of moisture or water stains on the wood paneled walls.
