Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Exterior: This is a two family duplex style home. It has a light green vinyl siding with white trim, the top front and the top sides have wood shingled siding. They both are in good condition. The front yard is kind of small there are some shrubs and a flowerbed. The back yard makes up for the some what small front. The foundation is limestone and is in excellent condition. This house has an asphalt shingled roof that’s in fairly good condition. The windows are all wood framed but in excellent working condition. There is a chain link fence around the back yard. The driveway is to the right of the house and its cement. The gutters and downspouts are in tact.
Interior: These are the measurements for both units as they are equal in all dimensions.
Porch 8x14 Living room 12x14 Kitchen 10x10.5 Den/Sun 9x9 Dining room 11.5x12
Bedrooms 7x12, and 12x9.5 Bathroom 6x7
Downstairs unit-
The living room is in good condition. It has nice new looking carpet. The ceiling is tiled; a light fixture is needed for the living room. The front porch is enclosed and the front wall has been removed so that it runs right into the living room. The ceiling and floor have some water damage from the upstairs porch. The upper porch floor needs to be re-topped with asphalt tarpaper. The dining room is also carpeted. It has a high ceiling that’s tiled. There are two bedrooms they are both carpeted and in good condition; the bedroom farthest to the back of the house has a ceiling fan and runs in to the den. The den is also, carpeted and in excellent condition.
The kitchen has a vinyl tiled floor that’s in fair condition. There are a few tiles that need to be replaced. The plaster on the ceiling has fallen down around the ceiling fan. The cabinets are in good condition the upper cabinets do have some peeling paint. The bathroom has a vinyl tiled floor. The vanity is in okay condition the sink, toilet, and tub are in good condition along with the plumbing. The hallway leading to the basement and the second floor has lots of peeling paint and missing floor tile.
Upstairs unit-
The front porch in not in closed on the upper unit, the living room has lots of peeling paint. However, the carpet is in excellent condition, the ceiling has a wavy pattern to it. The dining room is in very good condition it has nice carpet and a ceiling fan. There is some peeling paint on the ceiling. There are two bedrooms they are both in great shape. They are fully carpeted and have a high ceiling the room closest to the back of the house is connected to the den/sunroom. The den/sunroom has a carpeted floor and a tiled ceiling. The tiled ceiling has lost some of the tile there are no leaks in this house. The tile has been placed of to the side. The kitchen has a vinyl tiled floor that’s in fair condition. The cabinets are in good condition along with the countertop and plumbing. The bathroom also, has a vinyl tiled floor. The vanity is in good condition. There is some peeling paint in the bathroom. The plumbing is in good condition.
Basement & attic- the copper pluming has been removed from the basement however the runs are good enough to tie into, the wiring is non metallic and in good condition. Both forced air furnaces are present along with the water heaters. The basement has two entrances one into the house, and the other has the cellar type doors that open into the back yard. The basement floor was wet do to a broken pipe the line has been fixed and the basement is dry. The attic is unfinished.
