DIRECTIONS TO TIMBERON SUBDIVISION

 Starting from the center of Alamagordo, New Mexico, on the corner of White Sands Boulevard (US Hwy 54) and 1st Street, travel north on White Sands Boulevard approximately 3.7 miles to US Hwy 82. Turn right on US Hwy 82 toward Cloudcroft.  Follow US Hwy 82 to the east for approximately 16 miles to the edge of Cloudcroft. Turn right on State Road 24 (Cox Canyon Highway). Follow State Route 24 south for approximately 1.85 miles to Sunspot Road (6563). Turn right on Sunspot Road.  Follow Sunspot Road south for 16.7 miles to the intersection with Sacramento Canyon Road (C001). Sacramento Canyon Road will bear off to the left while Sunspot Road turns to the right.Follow Sacramento Canyon Road for 13.9 miles and you will be in the entrance of Timberon Subdivision. Continue to follow Sacramento Canyon Road 0.65 miles to the intersection of Sacramento Canyon and Bob White Street. To the right four blocks from this intersection is the Timberon Golf Course. Turn left onto Bob White Street to get to Lots in Block 175. Follow Bob White Street to the next intersection (~0.1 miles) and turn right onto Merlin Drive. Follow Merlin Drive 2.15 miles to the intersection of Hoover Drive. Turn Right on Hoover Drive, then turn left on Fuerte Drive in 0.15 miles. Turn left on Fuerte Drive. Lots in Block 175 are 1.1 miles up Fuerte Drive.
