DO NOT MISS OUT ON OWNING A PIECE OF ARKANSAS
|
Residential, Homesite, Recreational and Investment lots in Arkansas.
We believe Arkansas is one of the most beautiful states in the country. Here is why…You can refresh your spirit. Disconnect from the digital devices and reconnect with family and friends in the wonder of Arkansas’s natural beauty. Take a deep breath of cool Ozark or Ouachita mountain air. Revel in the breeze crossing one of Arkansas’s great lakes. Enjoy a relaxed family float trip or the thrill of a whitewater or rock climbing adventure. Journey one of 250 hiking trails that collectively stretch more than 1,500 miles. Get away from it all in more than 2.9 million acres in three national forests. With some 9,000 miles of pristine streams and rivers and more than 600,000 acres of lakes, Arkansas is renowned for fishing and hunting and water sports of all sorts, including sailing and scuba diving. Marinas, boat docks and fishing guide services are plentiful across the state. Other fun outdoor activities to enjoy in Arkansas include on- and off-road biking, golfing on designer courses, mining for keeper quartz crystals and diamonds, and birdwatching. For the more adventurous, there’s wild caving in underground limestone caverns. Every season offers something special in The Natural State’s outdoors. That’s why Arkansas annually hosts thousands of families, couples and groups who’ve come to reconnect — to refresh their spirits.

| SHARP COUNTY |
Sharp County was created in 1868 from the western part of Lawrence County. It was named in honor of Ephriam Sharp, a pioneer legislator from the region. Evening Shade was named the first county seat, but when the railroad crossed the northern district, Hardy was also made a county seat. Sharp was one of only a few counties in the state to have dual seats of justice. In 1967, a new courthouse was dedicated at Ash Flat and the county once again had only one county seat. The Hardy-Cherokee Village area remains the county’s most popular travel destination. Old Hardy Town retains its 1920s vintage appearance with craft and antique shops, automobile museum, city parks and bed & breakfast inns. Cherokee Village offers championship golf courses and relaxed living. Other attractions include canoeing on the Spring River, hiking or birdwatching in a nearby wildlife management preserve, and musical shows in the area.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- Bid4Assets Real Estate Buyer Responsibilities
Some sellers buy large "pools" of under-valued properties from banks. The seller may not inspect every property prior to sale. The seller represents these properties to the best of their knowledge. In some rare cases, property may have severe damage or be subject to county/city orders not described in the auction. It is highly recommended that interested bidders arrange for an external inspection personally or through a designate and that they contact the county or city in which the property is located to confirm the status of the property.
Bid4Assets reminds all potential real estate bidders that it is your responsibility to complete all due diligence needed to determine the condition, market value, or investment value of this asset prior to placing a bid. Necessary due diligence items may include, but are not limited to, a) a satisfactory inspection of the property b) completion of a title search c.) investigating back property taxes and D.) other - liens and encumbrances such as unpaid utility bills.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that any statements made by the seller about the condition or market value of the property are subjective, and do not release you from your responsibility to perform due diligence. Please contact Bid4Assets if you believe that a seller is intentionally misrepresenting a property in their auction.
