Single story, white aluminum sided home with blue trim; siding is in good shape, may need a few repairs in certain areas. Home has a wood handicapped ramp on the front leading to the front door, ramp is in decent condition. The roof is in good condition with no leaks found on the inside of the home. The foundation is concrete and has no signs of shifting. The house does include a concrete driveway and a single car garage, aluminum siding with blue trim, garage is in good condition.
Interior:
Living room is nice and large with white walls and textured ceilings, flooring is hard wood, and this room is in great condition. Kitchen has linoleum floors and includes the cabinets, countertops and a sink. The master bedroom has nice wood floors and wood panel walls, this room includes a closet. The second bedroom is smaller but ha the same hard wood floors and wood panel walls, both rooms are in decent condition. The bathroom has tiled floors and includes the tub, toilet and sink, tub will need new fixtures. The home includes a furnace that will need repairs and a Hot Water Tank.
