Two Story white paneling around entire house. Roof appears to be in good shape. No visible leaks inside or out. Patio Porch slab in good shape. The overhang has some damage but nothing major. There is a rear door that leads to the kitchen. Small front yard as well as a tiny backyard with a swing..

Interior:
The upstairs is partitioned into two areas. The first is carpeted and appears to be a unfinished. The second area upstairs is attic space and is unfinished. The main floor has a small kitchen with sink and cabinets. The dining/Kitchen area has no other appliances. The floor is tile and will need repair. The Main Bath is in this room and has all 3 appliances, toilet, tub and sink. The Main Dinning area is a large and tiled, mild damage. The Foyer is all hard wood in decent shape. The downstairs bedroom is smaller with a closet and floor is wood. The living area is carpeted and has a nice fireplace in it. The basement houses part of the AC/Unit and a hot water heater. The house is central air. This is a nice older home in an older neighborhood of Evansville IN.
