Exterior:

Light beige yellow right side unit of duplex with white trim accented handicap access in front. This property includes large thick fully grassed yard on side of home that is almost an additional full lot is size. Roof is split level with tree sections which are front, top and rear with top covering end story bedrooms having older shingle style than front and rear 1st story coverage however both looks to need repair and/or replacement although no signs of leakage or water damage noted inside home during inspection. Soffits and Eves are covered with aluminum trip tab and aluminum siding soffit coverings which appear in good repair and are intact. Gutters are on home but appear to need additional section added on rear top level to make complete. Exterior composition is aluminum siding over wood frame construction and looks to be in good with a good install however light pressure washing is needed. Windows are vinyl replacement windows with insulated double panes and are in good condition throughout home. Foundation is painted block with some very slight cracking in small section looks to have been repaired overall foundation including cement block supports in crawl look good and home has solid level flooring inside. There is adjoining property with 4ft galvanized fence providing barrier to home next door so with small addition this home could have yard fully fenced. No driveway is present although room and space for addition of gravel or concrete driveway is available in fact other unit has extended home and carport so permitting for this unit should be allowed also if desired.

 Interior:
Entering front entrance is moderate size room with large windows with open floor plan to living room that has gas fireplace with good walls and ceiling in addition to carpet floors that look to need cleaning or possible replacement. Kitchen has room for table, nice wood grain cabinets, double basin stainless sink with nice window views, lots of storage, wired for electric or gas range with vented hood, and overall is in good condition with white splash tile behind counter top and other walls with easy wipe surface for cleaning. Bath is downstairs off kitchen and has tub/shower, toilet, sink intact and is in fair condition with fresh paint and décor upgrade needed. Laundry is also downstairs and located between bath and rear entrance door off of kitchen included are washer and dryer hookups with wiring however walls could use fresh paint. Upstairs is accessed via central carpeted stairwell with Bedroom#1 located on right in good condition with wallpaper and painted walls with gas fireplace in addition to being of large size. Bedroom #2 is also of large size has walls that could use fresh paint and has nice window views.
Mechanics: Home is equipped with modern HVAC system including gas furnace, ac condenser, central climate control; full floor based ductwork, and is completely intact although not tested. Water heater is present in crawl space and appears to be electric but unable to verify because of obstacles. Plumbing in home appears to have undergone PVC upgrade however some galvanized or additional work might be needed to fully finish system however looks functional at this point although not tested. Electrical looks intact and functional with sockets and wiring complete in home although not tested.
