This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 5.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.

| Certified/Cashier's CheckSettlement AgentWire Transfer
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours; full payment is due within 10 business days. Property will be conveyed by recorded quit claim deed. A $295 deed processing fee and recording fee per property will be charged to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for a 5% buyer’s premium, which covers the buyer’s share of the auction costs. Deeds will be prepared and transferred by the seller to the Register of Deeds for recording immediately following receipt of good funds from buyer. Payment of deposit and balance may be made by wire transfer, money order or certified bank check. Paypal is not accepted.
