Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 Hours after the close of the auction with proper vesting information. $1,000 to be transferred and the 10% buyers premium within 3 working days or sooner via wire transfer, money order, cash or bank check only. A contract will then be sent out and you will have 10 days to make final payment. Buyer will also be responsible for a $200 deed prep and recording with final payment.

 

All buyers are deemed to have relied entirely on their own information, judgments and inspections of the property in making the decision to purchase the prop.

Deeds will be prepared and transferred by the seller to the Register of Deeds for recording within two to six weeks of receipt of good funds from buyer. Payment may be made by wire transfer, Moneygram, certified funds, or Paypal. Buyer will be charged for transaction fees associated with Paypal

 Buyer is responsible for all liens and encumbrances.
