A contract will then be sent out and you will have 10 days to make final payment. Buyer will also be responsible for a $200 deed prep and recording with final payment.

Deeds will be prepared and transferred by the seller to the Register of Deeds for recording within two to six weeks of receipt of good funds from buyer. Payment may be made by wire transfer, Moneygram, certified funds, or Paypal. Buyer will be charged for transaction fees associated with Paypal
