You are bidding on the full purchase price. A 20% non-refundable deposit
is due within 48 hours. There will be a $500.00 processing fee added to
purchase price. Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract signed by the
seller will be sent to you to sign and send back to seller. The balance
of payment (80% of winning bid + $500) is due within 7 days of close of
auction. Upon receipt of full payment, the deed will be sent to the
County to be recorded into your name and a copy of the deed will be sent
to you. We accept cashier’s check, wire transfer, and money order.
This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 7.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
