Deposit Requirements
A Single 25% non-refundable deposit is required to participate for the auction due within 48 hours from the end of the said Auction.. Final payment 75% owed is due within 5 days from the end of the said Auction.. A quick claim deed will be given at time of settlement. There is a $295.00 deed preparation fee associated with this auction as well as a 10% Buyer's Premium with a $250 minimum.

End of Auction
After the close of the final listing for auction, all winning bidders are sent detailed instructions via e-mail on the settlement procedures and how to provide Thor Realty with the necessary deed transfer information.

Thor Realty requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Thor Realty via e-mail within 48 hours of the close of the auction.
