Additional Terms of Service
Payment and Shipment: Payment, Acknowledge and Self-Certification forms (due diligence) and Export Control and Proliferation Sensitive Property Acknowledgement statement should be received by Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp. within 2 business days after notification of successful Bidder. Assets should be shipped (or picked up) within 5 days after receipt of payment and associated forms are received by Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp.
Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp. does not provide shipping services. The successful Bidder is required to make shipping arrangements, to supply transportation and is responsible for all related costs. The Bidder should provide adequate trucks (with adequate floor space for pallets) and tie-downs. Seller will load assets onto the Bidder’s trucks. Loading should not take more than one hour. The driver is required to be a U.S. citizen and to furnish a valid driver’s license to gain access to the plant. Prohibited materials such as communication devices (cell phones, CBs, etc.), CDs or video/audio tapes, cameras, and recording devices must be left at the entrance gate. Vehicles are also subject to inspection before being granted access.
Personal property purchased from the U.S. Government may or may not be authorized for export from the United States to a foreign country.

These assets are listed and sold on a “AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS” condition as of the date of sale. The Government makes no warranty, express or implied, as to quantity, kind, character, quality, weight, size, or description of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose. No request for adjustment in price or for rescission of the sale will be considered. Prospective bidders are advised to conduct due diligence research before placing bids.

This equipment cannot be inspected and Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp. will entertain NO questions from prospective buyers.

Buyer Premium Information
This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
