Settlement Requirements

You are bidding on the full purchase price. Full balance is due within 4 calendar days of the auction's close. There will be a $375 deed preparation and recording fee added to purchase price, which includes the recording of the deed and all recording fees and transfer taxes. We do not charge a buyer's premium or any other fees. We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfers, money orders, and credit cards, though credit cards will require an additional 3% processing fee. Properties will be conveyed via quitclaim deed. Title insurance is available through our attorney for an additional fee of $2,000, but this is strictly optional at buyer’s discretion.
