The purchaser must be a United States citizen or permanent resident alien and/or if purchasing for a company or corporation, the Purchaser must complete a citizenship certification, Export Control Acknowledgement form. 

This asset is listed and sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS” condition as of the date of sale.  Prospective bidders are advised to conduct due diligence research before placing bids. 

Inspection is highly recommended. All prospective bidders wishing to inspect this asset will be required to furnish a photo ID to gain access to the inspection site at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC) 2575 Sand Hill Rd, Menlo Park, CA 94025. Inspection can be arranged Monday – Friday during the hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm pacific time.

Settlement must occur within 5 business days after the close of the auction. SLAC does not accept Credit Cards, Billpoint or Paypal.
