Settlement Requirements

This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. Buyer must have cash ready at auction's close. Winning bidder will be emailed THIS CONTRACT OF SALE and agrees to sign and email the Contract to the Seller, and to pay 10% of the winning bid price, by wire transfer or certified check within 2 days of the auction’s close. If deposits are not received within 2 days of auction’s close, winning bidder will be deemed in default. Winning bidder shall pay full balance due by wire transfer or certified check within 10 calendar days of the auction's close, no exceptions. Winning bidder shall also pay a buyer's premium of 10% with $100 minimum and closing costs of $500 for each parcel sold, which includes deed preparation, recording fees and transfer taxes. Seller will deliver property via quitclaim deed with as-is title, subject to any back taxes, outstanding liens, or back HOA/POA dues. Please research the property and its title BEFORE you bid!

Buyer Premium Information

This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).

This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
