Settlement Requirements

This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the full purchase price. Buyer to pay a buyer's premium of 10% and closing costs of $500, which includes deed preparation, recording fees, and transfer taxes. Full payment is due within 4 calendar days of the auction's close. Seller will handle the entire deed recording process and will convey property via Quitclaim deed with as-is title, subject to 2018 taxes, outstanding liens, or back HOA/POA dues. Seller acquired property via a Collector's Deed for back taxes (taxes are paid through tax year 2017).

Buyer Premium Information

This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).

This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
