The U.S. Marshals Service offers the following asset for auction:
  • A 2-door 2002 Mercedes Benz CLK55 AMG Cabriolet.
  • Color: Silver
  • Mileage: 1,289
  • Engine: V8
  • Transmission: Automatic
  • This vehicle has an anti-lock brake system, power steering, power windows, power seats and power locks. There are dual front and side airbags.
  • There is an FM radio with cd player.
  • This vehicle has alloy wheels, leather upholstery, and cruise control.
  • There is one scratch on the driver's side door which has cover up paint on it.

This is pursuant to a Judgment of Forfeiture By Default dated February 26, 2003.

Inspection Details
This property will be available for inspection one time only on Friday, June 20th, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET. Please contact inspections@bid4assets.com to schedule an appointment (please include name, telephone number, requested appointment time, and reference auction ID # 89974). Appointments must be scheduled before 12:00 p.m. ET on June 19th. Inspection will take place BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Settlement Requirements

  • The successful bidder has 24 hours following the close of the auction to sign a Purchase Agreement. The successful bidder has 5 business days to complete the transaction by certified check to the U.S. Marshals Service. If the successful bidder does not perform, the bidder will forfeit his/her/its eDeposit to the U.S. Marshals Service. The successful bidder will bear the cost and responsibility for the transfer of this asset.
  •
